What is the SSP?

Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and rooted in Polyvagal theory, the Safe and Sound Protocol is a guided listening therapy delivered through specially engineered music.

It works by sending cues of safety to your nervous system through the vagus nerve, shifting your body into a state where, calm, connection, patience, and clearer thinking become more available.

That's why it can be so powerful for people who know how they want to show up... but feel like their body just takes over in the moment.

Simple. Flexible. Actually doable.

The protocol is typically completed over 5 weeks, with about 1 hour of listening per week.

That hour does NOT need to happen all at once.

Most people break it into short chunks, often starting with just 5 to 10 minutes at a time and building from there.

It's designed to fit into your life... not add more pressure to it.

Parents who often feel reactive or overwhelmed report it becoming easier to stay calm and show up more like the regulated parent they want to be

You won’t be doing this alone.

You'll have direct access to us through a private message thread within our app.

We'll check in each week to guide you through the protocol, answer questions, and support you along the way.

Your first 3 months of personalized in-app support are included, so we'll be with you every step.

This isn't just listening.
It's a guided therapeutic experience.

Getting started is simple.

You’ll only need:

🎧 A pair of over-ear headphones.

📱 A phone or tablet for the app.

😌 A space where you can listen.

If your headphones have noise-canceling, please make sure that feature can be turned off (it’ll interfere with the specially engineered frequencies).

That’s all! If you can listen to music, you can do this.

Parents typically report calmer interactions and a deeper sense of ease around week 3.

Transparent pricing.

Your $497 USD investment includes three things:

1️⃣ One SSP listening license.

2️⃣ Personalized 1:1 guidance from us throughout the process.

3️⃣ 3 months of access to our private coaching space that includes a library of regulation-based workshops, webinars, and more.

*Additional listening licenses for a partner or child are $297 each.
