Yeah… that’s the question we all start with, right?

But here’s the reframe that changes everything…

👉 Instead of asking, “How do I get my kids off screens?” Ask:

“How can we create a family rhythm that helps everyone feel calm and connected (even when screens are part of the mix)?”

Because here’s the truth:
screen
struggles aren’t really about screens.

They’re about nervous systems trying to find balance in a world that never stops stimulating them.

When your kid resists turning off the TV or iPad, they’re not being defiant… 
their brain is still flooded with dopamine.
