What sets this program apart?
The 12-week Family Reset combines science-backed sound therapy with expert guidance from Jenilee, a pediatric occupational therapist, and Greg, a doctor of educational psychology, to promote family harmony and connection. You'll get:
âś… 3-months of access to the Safe and Sound Protocol
- A science-backed listening therapy that will retune your nervous system so you can better connect with your kids, your partner, and yourself
- Contains 5 hours of specifically engineered music that sends cues of safety to your nervous system so you'll feel more settled, engaged, and balanced
- You’ll engage in 30 minutes of therapeutic listening each week during the middle 10 weeks of the program
âś… 12 weeks of educational videos and activities on the topics of:
- Understanding your nervous system and self-regulation
- Taking Care of YourselfÂ
- Managing your triggers
- Co-regulating with your kids and partner
- Using connection-first approaches
- Helping your kids get on each other’s team & sibling dynamics
- Working with your partner (and other caregivers)
- Leveraging the power of play
- Establishing routines
- Setting and maintaining boundaries
- Rebuilding trust and strengthening bonds through repair
- Cultivating gratitude and joy within your family
âś…Â Ongoing email-based support from Jenilee & Greg
- We'll check in with you at the start and end of each week
- You'll get our personalized guidance and support as you move through the program
✅ Four LIVE virtual coaching sessions with Jenilee & Greg
- Completed during weeks 1, 4, 8, and 12 of the program
- We'll meet virtually as a cohort to dig into your greatest challenges and offer support
- All sessions will be recorded for those who can’t attend live
